Pycea - lineage tracing analysis

Scverse lineage tracing analysis toolkit built to work with TreeData.

Installation

You need to have Python 3.10 or newer installed on your system. If you don’t have Python installed, we recommend installing Mambaforge.

There are several alternative options to install pycea:

1. Install the latest release of pycea from PyPI:

pip install pycea-lineage

2. Install the latest development version:

pip install git+https://github.com/YosefLab/pycea.git@main
